Leasing  

*  A leasing fee of 50% of the rent and no less than $550.
*  Re-leasing from 6-12 months - leasing fee will be 25%

*  Re-leasing within 6 months- Leasing fee waived.

Management fee:

The management fee is 10% but won’t exceed $120.
Owner retains late fees paid by tenant

Lease renewals:   $100

Court:
There is a $40 administrative fee to complete court-related documents as well as to appear at court.

Evictions: Price for evictions will be determined by the number of people required by the County, and the length of time to complete the eviction.
